And, to make sure they're providing you with the best answers possible, our staff continues its own education and training by attending seminars and workshops nationwide to keep up with state-of-the-art techniques.

Our Seminars are held periodically and are FREE, but must have reserved a seat. They are 30 minutes in length and can be followed by questions, etc. All Seminars are held at our offices at 8870 Cedar Springs Lane, Suite 4. Please call for dates and times and to reserve a seat.

The Seminars are aimed at people who know they need assistance in improving their Contact Management skills, but don't know where to start. We start with a 10 minute presentation on what Contact Management is and the steps necessary to beginning an effective Contact Management system, and is concluded with a sample of a successful effective system in use.
